These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Precision Plates website and your purchase of meals, meal programs, and coaching ("Services"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Precision Plates ("we," "us," "our") provides fresh, prepared meals and nutrition coaching for local delivery. You can reach us at hello@getprecisionplates.com or via Instagram @percision_plates.
2. Orders and plans
- We currently offer two plans: a 26-meal, two-week plan that includes nutrition coaching, and a 16-meal, meals-only order.
- On the 26-meal plan, you may select up to three menu styles per week. This keeps every plate cooked fresh from a limited ingredient list.
- Menu items, pricing, and availability may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or delivery fees.
4. Delivery
- We deliver fresh meals to addresses within our local delivery area. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for refrigerating meals promptly on arrival.
- Delivery windows are estimates and may shift due to weather, demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Food safety, allergens, and dietary needs
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee any meal is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or medical dietary requirement, do not rely on this site — contact us first. Nutrition information is approximate and provided for general guidance, not medical advice.
6. Coaching disclaimer
Nutrition coaching is for general educational and informational purposes and is not medical, dietetic, or healthcare advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition. Individual results vary; we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- Because meals are perishable and made to order, orders generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
- If something is wrong with your first delivery, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right, consistent with any guarantee stated at the time of purchase.
- Specific cancellation windows and refund eligibility will be stated at checkout and govern your order.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding, recipes, and materials on this site are owned by Precision Plates and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Plates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
